Symptoms 

Attempt to access SolusIO via HTTP results in the following error in browser:

CONFIG_TEXT: HTTP ERROR 418

Cause

The issue is submitted as a bug with ID #SIO-2168 which was fixed in SolusIO version 1.1.12708.

Resolution

Update to the latest SolusIO mainline version.
