You can use this table to determine the cloud-init version: Versions for cloud-init

If the version in the table starts with 0 - Cloud-init version in SolusVM 2 should be v0.

Otherwise - v2 .

For Windows images use cloudbase.

For specific OS (for example Debian 10) special cloud-init version should be used - for Debian 10 it is v2-debian10.
