Provisioning of SolusVM 2 VPS from WHMCS with pre-paid module fails: [status code] 403 [reason phrase] Forbidden

Symptoms 

Attempt to accept order from WHMCS that uses solusvm2vps module fails:

SVM_ERROR: Client error response [url] https://solusio.example.com/api/v1/servers [status code] 403 [reason phrase] Forbidden

Cause

Corresponding service plan is marked as hidden in SolusVM 2

Resolution

1. Log into SolusVM 2
2. Browse to Compute Resources > Plans page
3. Make sure that visibility for corresponding plan is enabled
