Symptoms 

Member invitation fails in SolusIO:

CONFIG_TEXT: Failed to join the project
The feature is disabled by the administrator.

Cause

Feature Enable Registration is not enabled by administrator

Resolution

1. Access SolusIO
2. Browse to Settings > User Area page
3. Tick Enable Registration checkbox
