Symptoms
DNS records of existing SolusIO VPS are overwritten if a new VPS is created with the same hostname.
Cause
SolusIO bug #SIO-3459 which was fixed in SolusIO version 1.1.19948
Resolution
Update SolusIO to the latest mainline version.
