SVM_ERROR: Failed to place new order: Client error: `POST https://strs.dedigo.fr/api/v1/servers` resulted in a `400 Bad Request` response: { "message": "No available compute resources exist." } resources and everything is ok: free disk space, memory everything and ipv4 free
Cause
A WHMCS module misconfiguration.
Resolution
For example: a plan with backups and there's no backup node assigned.
Checking the following:
- Log in to SolusVM 2 admin panel
- Browse to SolusVM 2 > Backups > Backup Nodes -> Edit set corresponding Backup Node
- Select the newly added CR in Compute Resources field
Second example: an incorrect storage set:
- Go to Compute Resources > CR_name > Storage tab and check what storage types are enabled
- Go to Plans, find a plan that you used in WHMCS, and verify that it has the same storage plan
