Symptoms 

Backups are not enabled automatically when upgrading SolusVM 2 VPS from plan w/o backup to plan with backup via WHMCS(prepaid module)

Cause

WHMCS prepaid module bug with ID #SIO-4935 which was fixed in WHMCS module version 1.0.17

Resolution

Update the module to the latest version.
