Symptoms

Unable to create a VPS from reseller account:

SVM_ERROR: You don't have permission to create virtual servers!
There are no ISO images in SolusVM > Media > List ISO.

Cause

ISO image missing from SolusVM configuration.

Resolution

Add ISO image to SolusVM.
