Unable to login to SolusVM admin panel: Blacklisted. Access denied

Symptoms 

Unable to login to SolusVM admin panel:

SVM_ERROR: Blacklisted. Access denied

Cause

Unsuccessful authentications limit(5 by default) reached.

Resolution

1. Connect to Master node via SSH
2. Clear the authentication log with the command:

   # php /usr/local/solusvm/scripts/clearauthlog.php --system --clear=all
