Symptoms

Unable to view statistics of a slave node in SolusVM > Nodes > affected node:

SVM_ERROR: Connection Failed: Debug Data

Cause

Corrupted PHP handler:

# ls -l /usr/local/svmstack/php/bin/php
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 0 Feb 4 04:06 /usr/local/svmstack/php/bin/php

Resolution

1. Connect to the affect SolusVM node via SSH.

2. Reinstall PHP handler:

   # yum reinstall svmstack-php* -y
