Unable to create a VPS on the slave node: limit reached

Applicable to:

• SolusVM

Symptoms 

• Unable to create a VPS on the node at SolusVM > Virtual Servers > Add Virtual Servers:

  SVM_ERROR: limit reached.

• Unable to provision VPS from WHMCS. The following error can be displayed:

  CONFIG_TEXT: Module Command Error
  Invalid id or key

Cause

VPS limit in node configuration is reached.

Resolution

1. Log in to SolusVM Admin panel
2. Open Dashboard > Nodes > edit button of the affected node
3. Increase Max VPS option value and click Update Node:
