Unable to access SolusVM Admin panel after update: Blacklisted. Access denied

Symptoms 

• Unable to access SolusVM Admin panel after update:

  CONFIG_TEXT: Blacklisted. Access denied

Cause

Column failed_logins is missing in table configuration of SolusVM database:

MYSQL_LIN: SELECT failed_logins from configuration;
ERROR 1054 (42S22): Unknown column 'failed_logins' in 'field list'

The issue is a bug #SVM-1937 which was fixed in SolusVM 1.22.03

Resolution

Update SolusVM to the latest mainline version
