How to configure CPU Topology for SolusVM KVM VPS?

Answer

1. Login to SolusVM web interface.

2. Open Virtual Servers > VPS > Settings > CPU.

3. Switch on CPU Topology.

4. Configure sockets, cores, threads as required.

SVM_WARN: The result of the multiplication of sockets, cores, and threads must not differ from the number of Processors.

In the example below there are 4 processors: 1 sockets multiply on 2 cores multiply on 2 threads will result in 4 - number of virtual cores (processors) that are available to VPS.

5. Click on Save.

6. Reboot VPS via Virtual Servers > VPS > Reboot to apply changes.
