Symptoms 

Log into SolusVM fails:

SVM_ERROR: Access Denied!
Please Contact SolusVM Support

Cause

Empty file /usr/local/solusvm/data/.hosts prevents connection.

Resolution

  1. Connect to the Master server via SSH.
  2. Remove the .hosts file:

    # rm /usr/local/solusvm/data/.hosts
