During configuring of the product in WHMCS it does not show menu options: Import mode is enabled

Symptoms 

Fail to configure SolusVM product in WHMCS. The following error is displayed in dropdown menus at WHMCS > Settings > System Settings > Products/Services > Product:

SVM_ERROR: errorAPI disabled. Import mode enabled 

Cause

The error is self-explanatory - Import mode is enabled in SolusVM. In Import mode API is disabled in SolusVM.

Resolution

1. Log into SolusVM admin panel
2. Browse to SolusVM > Configuration > Settings > Other
3. Switch off Import Mode and click Update
