HTML 5 console window is showing empty white screen in SolusVM Client Area

Symptoms 

HTML 5 console for OpenVZ VPS is showing the empty white screen in SolusVM Client Area

Cause

Database inconsistency. 

Resolution

1. Login to SolusVM admin panel

2. Browse to SolusVM > Configuration > Settings > Other

3. Turn off HTML5 Serial Console Clients and click Update
4. Turn on HTML5 Serial Console Clients and click Update
