HMTL 5 serial console does not work in SolusVM Client area - the blank page is shown

Symptoms

HMTL 5 serial console does not work in SolusVM Client area - the blank page is shown, despite the fact that from the administrator area, it works as expected.

Cause

Option Disable Serial Console Access is checked in SolusVM > Nodes > localhost > Settings.

Resolution

1. Login to SolusVM web interface.

2. Open SolusVM > Nodes > localhost > Settings.

3. Uncheck Disable Serial Console Access.

4. Click on Update Changes.
