SolusVM panel is not available: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Symptoms 

SolusVM panel is not available. The following error is displayed in a browser:

CONFIG_TEXT: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Cause

webserver(svmstack-nginx or lighttpd) is not running on Master node.

Resolution

1. Connect to Master node via SSH
2. Start the webserver with the command:

   # service svmstack-nginx start

   or

   # service lighttpd start
