Symptoms 

  • HTML 5 console does not work: Connection closed
  • In Dev Tools there is an error:

    SVM_ERROR: WebSocket connection to 'wss://vps.example.com:5021/ssh/392693491545638213591967820589680162453840120469541361739219361614817818914959361978250242857891508205' failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Cause

Port 5021 is filtered on Master node.

Resolution

Allow connection on TCP port 5021 on Master node.
