SolusVM AutoFTP Backup failed: No virtual servers found

Symptoms

SolusVM AutoFTP Backup failed with the following error in SolusVM > Nodes > the affected node > Auto FTP Backup > Log:

CONFIG_TEXT: FTP source directory found
###### FTP Pre Test Succeeded ######
No virtual servers found

Cause

All VPS of the node are excluded in SolusVM > Nodes > AutoFTP Backup > Exclude VPS list.

Resolution

1. Log in to the SolusVM admin interface.

2. Open SolusVM > Nodes > the affected node > Auto FTP Backup

3. Deselect VPSs in Exclude VPS list.
