Symptoms

• A new VPS gets to the excluded list from AutoFTP backup by default in SolusVM
• The Include in Automated Backups option is unchecked in the Plan.

Cause

Incorrect Plan configuration in SolusVM

Resolution

1. Log in to SolusVM Panel.
2. Navigate to Plans > List Plans > edit_the_plan ():
   
3. Tick the Include in Automated Backups option:
   
4. Click Update Plan.
