noVNC does not work in SolusVM: error 1006: wss://example.com:7706: Connection refused

Symptoms 

1. The noVNC console does not work in SolusVM
2. The following message can be seen in a browser DevTools(F12):
   

   SVM_ERROR: error 1006: wss://example.com:7706: Connection refused

Cause

The service svmstack-fpm7 is stuck on SolusVM Master node.

Resolution

1. Connect to the Master Node via SSH
2. Restart the svmstack-fpm service:
   

   # systemctl restart svmstack-fpm7
