Symptoms 

After update to 1.24.07 and higher unable to reinstall OpenVZ VPS. The following error is displayed:

SVM_ERROR: There seems to have been a slight problem with our database, please try again later.

Cause

Bug #SVM-2918 which was fixed in SolusVM version 1.24.11.

Resolution

Update SolusVM to the latest mainline version.
