Symptoms 

  • Logging in to SolusVM admin panel takes long time(~20-60 sec)

Cause

Incorrect SMTP server details are set up for SMTP method chosen for emails at SolusVM > Configuration > Settings > Mail

Resolution

  1. Login to SolusVM admin panel
  2. Set up correct SMTP settings at SolusVM > Configuration > Settings > Mail and click Update:
