No mail notifications are sent from SolusVM

Symptoms

  • No mail notifications are sent from SolusVM.

  • In SolusVM > Configuration > Settings > Mail option Disable Emails is set to Yes.

Cause

SolusVM misconfiguration.

Resolution

  1. Login into SolusVM Administrator area.

  2. Set option SolusVM > Configuration > Settings > Mail > Disable Emails to No.

  3. Click Update.
