Unable to create SolusIO VPS via WHMCS: Error: This action is unauthorized

Symptoms

• Unable to create SolusIO VPS via WHMCS:

  SVM_ERROR: Error: This action is unauthorized

• The location that is used by the WHMCS product is hidden in SolusIO > Compute Resources > Locations:

  Hidden location:

  

Cause

This is a product bug with ID SIO-3071 which is planned to be fixed in future updates.

Resolution

As a workaround - make the location visible:

1. Access SolusIO Administrator interface.

2. Click on Visible slider next to the necessary location to make it visible.
