Hetzner and IP subnet

I have a CentOS 7.9 server with Hetzner, that is slave to a master server also with hetzner.

The server has an IP with MAC and it also has a subnet of 64 IPs, but the guides for setting that up is a bit sketchy. If anyone could help with the setup of that properly.
