How to customize plan resources on VPS creation via SolusVM 2 WHMCS provisioning module
Answer
In order to customize plan resources during VPS creation it is necessary to setup corresponding Configurable options in WHMCS and associate them with the corresponding product
- Login to WHMCS admin panel
- Browse to WHMCS > Settings > System Settings > Configurable Options
- Click Create a New Group
- Specify the Group Name and Description(optional) and click Save Changes
- Click Add New Configurable Option
- In the pop-up windows do the following:
- specify specific plan parameter in Option Name field. SolusVM 2 provisioning module allows to customize
VCPU
,Memory
,Disk Space
,Total traffic limit monthly
(for KVM and VZ),VCPU Units
,VCPU Limit
,IO Priority
, andSwap
(for VZ). For each parameter there should be a separate Configurable Option - Set Option Type as Dropdown
- Specify the values in format 'value|description'. For example:
Note: for the
Memory

value should be in MiB (e.g.4096|4 GiB
).

set in units, which are specified in theTotal Traffic limit
