Symptoms
Statistics graphs are not displayed in WHMCS:
SVM_INFO: Unavailable
SolusVM hostname is specified on Setup > Product/Services > Servers > SolusVM server page
Cause
WHMCS module solusvmpro is configured to use IP address instead of hostname
Resolution
Force module connection to SolusVM via hostname:
- Access WHMCS
- Browse to Setup > Product/Services > Servers > SolusVM server page
- Add the following line to Access Hash field along with others:
SVM_INFO: <connect-via-hostname>yes</connect-via-hostname>
- Save changes
