Symptoms

Unable to send test mail in SolusIO > Settings > Mail:
SVM_ERROR: Connection to tcp://smtp.example.net:465 Timed Out

With port set to 587 in SolusIO > Settings > Mail > Port test mail can be sent.
Cause
SMTP server used for sending emails does not support port 465.
Resolution

Access SolusIO Administrator interface.

Set Port to 587 in SolusIO > Settings > Mail.

Click Save.
