Setup > Product/Services > Product/Services > Edit product > Module tab
Connection to the SolusVM Master node cannot be established via SSL
Make sure that the following settings are configured:
- The following ports are opened on the WHMCS and SolusVM Master servers:
- Verify that the following lines are added to Access Hash field on the Master node settings page in WHMCS Setup > Product/Services > Servers > SolusVM server:
Also, enable "Tick to use SSL Mode for Connections".
