Symptoms
A Slave node unavailable in SolusVM UI. The following error is displayed on Slave node page at SolusVM > Nodes > Node:
SVM_ERROR: Connection Failed
Debug Data: 5 could not send the HTTP request: Could not execute the request: Operation timed out after 60001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received
Cause
Incorrect IP address is set for the Slave node
Resolution
- Log in to SolusVM admin panel
- Browse to SolusVM > Nodes and click Edit button next to the corresponding Node:
- Set the correct IP address and click Update Node:
