Symptoms
After attempt to update SolusVM cluster with PHP 7, slave node page Dashboard > Nodes > node_name returns an error:
SVM_ERROR: Error Retrieving Information... Could not contact <Slave_IP> on port 6767
Cause
Slave server shows Master server attributes:
# cat /usr/local/solusvm/version.json
{"version":"1.24.11", "commit":"f12a5bd68d35431181fc35063f876ac96a00aba3", "date": "Tuesday, June 09, 2020", "branch": "2", "node":"master"}
Resolution
- Run the below commands to update the Slave:
# mv /usr/local/solusvm/compile/ /root/
# /usr/local/solusvm/core/solusvmc-vz --slaveupdatemainline - Run the manual upgrade script again
