Symptoms
- The noVNC console does not work in SolusVM
- The following message can be seen in a browser DevTools(F12):
SVM_ERROR: error 1006: wss://example.com:7706: Connection refused
Cause
The service svmstack-fpm7 is stuck on SolusVM Master node.
Resolution
- Connect to the Master Node via SSH
- Restart the svmstack-fpm service:
# systemctl restart svmstack-fpm7
