OpenVZ VPS load information is displayed incorrectly for VPSes created with non-EZ template at SolusVM > Node > {node} > Loads in SolusVM 1.23.03

Cause

SolusVM bug #SVM-2688 which was fixed in 1.23.04

Resolution

Update SolusVM to the latest mainline version.
