Unable to add a new OpenVZ slave node in SolusVM: OpenVZ precheck error: We could not execute "vzlist"

Symptoms 

Unable to add a new OpenVZ slave node in SolusVM:

SVM_ERROR: OpenVZ precheck error: We could not execute "vzlist"

Cause

'vzctl' package is not installed on OpenVZ Slave node.

Resolution

1. Connect to the OpenVZ Slave node via SSH
2. Install the missing package with the command:

   # yum install vzctl
