Symptoms 

SolusVM does not apply netmask set in IP block for OpenVZ VPSes

Cause

SolusVM bug #SVM-3566 which will be fixed in one of the next SolusVM releases

Resolution

As a workaround, set the netmask manually:

  1. Connect to OpenVZ node via SSH
  2. Run the command:

    # prlctl set CTID --ipadd IPADDR/NETMASK

    Where IPADDR is the IP address of the VPS and NETMASK is desired netmask.
