Status is Unknown for newly created SolusIO VPS in SolusIO > Virtual Servers despite the fact that VPS is actually running and accessible.

Malfunction of solus-agent service on Compute Resource where the affected VPS was created.

Access the Compute Resource via SSH
Restart the solus-agent service with the below command:

# systemctl restart solus-agent
