Failed to create SolusIO VPS via WHMCS provisioning module: Order Accept Encountered Problems Failed to place new order, something went wrong: The server can't be created in this location

Symptoms

• Failed to create SolusIO VPS via WHMCS provisioning module:
  

  SVM_ERROR: Order Accept Encountered Problems
  Failed to place new order, something went wrong

• In WHMCS module log at WHMCS > Settings (the wrench icon in the top right corner of the panel) > System Logs > Module Logs the following error is generated for failed request:
  

  CONFIG_TEXT: {"message": "The server can't be created in this location. Please try to choose another location or plan with fewer resources"}

• Backup is enabled at the Module Settings page, but not configured in SolusIO

Cause

An incorrect integration between SolusIO and WHMCS

Resolution

Configure backups in SoluIO as per the documentation link or disable backup at the Module Settings page in WHMCS
